Supanova Comic Con & Gaming

This year is our first year of attending the Supanova Comic Con & Gaming event in Brisbane being held on 8 – 10 November 2019 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Gaming is so important for people with disabilities, it is an escapism for many, from lengthy hospital visits or time spent waiting for therapists or nurses to arrive.   It is the only space where gender, colour and abilities are all invisible – you choose how you want people to see you!   It’s an inclusive connection with family and friends, that amazing feeling of beating your best score or just simply having fun.  The creation of fantastic moments!

We have spent many years talking about our controllers and our fantastic program controlAble, but by attending this event, we get to meet adults and children who are as passionate about gaming as we are.  Here you will be able to see and touch our accessible gaming controllers and realise that the only limitation is your imagination.

Now, we know that we have a small voice in the gigantic world of gaming here in Australia but we will stand loud and proud shouting about accessible gaming and would love for you to come and help us spread the word!
