Custom Over Bed Table

The Custom Over-Bed Table from was a purpose-built solution designed specifically to meet an individuals needs, improving access, safety, and independence while in bed.

This table was custom designed to be positioned on the right-hand side of the bed, with an extended reach to comfortably span across to the centre. This ensured easy access to the tabletop without needing to reposition herself, supporting greater comfort and reducing reliance on assistance for daily tasks.

To enhance usability and safety, the table includes custom-positioned guards as requested, helping to prevent items from sliding or falling off during use. In addition, a subtle lip has been incorporated around the edge of the surface. This feature is carefully designed to provide containment for plates, utensils, and personal items, while still allowing easy access to the tabletop for eating, reading, or other activities.
